Reiki has the potential to return us to our natural state of harmony and balance emotionally, mentally, physically, energetically, and spiritually. The word Reiki means universal life energy, the energy that exists in and around all living things. When we connect to this vital life force energy, we return renewed and restored.

Energy is the basis of all things in existence.

In this series of classes, we will learn to work in the subtle realms to achieve balance and healing for ourselves and our community. 

Individual instruction is available for an extra fee.

Why Learn From Me

I am a Reiki Master teacher with an active healing practice since 2001. I began learning energy healing in massage school 25 years ago, fell in love with it, and began using it in my healing work with others right away. I have received two sets of Usui Reiki attunements, have been practicing Reiki daily since 2005, and have been teaching for the last 13 years. In addition, I have received well over 1000 hours of energy medicine training from the Four Winds Society and Sacred Stream, and that learning deeply informs my Reiki classes. When you study Reiki and energy healing with me, you receive a depth of knowledge that is lacking in many Reiki courses, including some basic Shamanic tools and practices.
