The full Harvest Moon is on the 29th, and as we are now entering the autumn season, this is the perfect time to get outside and connect more fully with nature. 

We will meet at my home by Richmond Hill Park and walk down to the park together. Our walk will be mindful and silent, and the focus will be to connect with nature and the elements, as an active meditation practice. You will be given instructions and prompts that will help you to connect with the nature spirits and elementals more deeply.

Following the nature walk, we will head back to my house to share what we gathered from our walk and to join in a full moon fire ceremony that will help you release anything that may be blocking the manifestations that you set at the new moon.

The May full moon is also a full lunar eclipse on May 5 in the sign of Scorpio.

The Full Moon is a time of culmination and the promise of fulfillment of that which was started at the New Moon. It is an emotional time – a time of romance, fertilization, and relationships.

The sun is in the sign of Taurus at this time and the moon is in the sign of Scorpio. This Taurus-Scorpio polarity deals with the balance between all that is mine (Taurus) and all that is yours (Scorpio). It also emphasizes the concept of form (Taurus) versus the concept of transformation (Scorpio). While Taurus deals with personal value, material goods, possessions, and security, Scorpio rules the destruction of form, shared possessions, change, and personal transformation. The Sun in Taurus encourages happiness with the simple things in life that are tangible, while the Scorpio Moon draws our attention to the complexities, intangibles, and mysteries of life.
