In this experiential class, you will learn a powerful method designed to assist you in connecting directly with your inner wisdom in the form of your spirit guides. Your spirit guides are benevolent, supportive beings who are here to assist in your healing and growth and in aligning with your highest good. Through the process of the Shamanic Journey, you will learn a time-honored tradition of safely connecting with these beings in order to gain insight, healing, wisdom, and retrieve lost aspects of the self. The Journey is a fundamental aspect of Shamanic practice and is the foundation of many of the classes and training that we will be offering at Gaia Sophia Center.
Through this powerful interactive meditation practice, we come to know ourselves, trust our intuition, listen more deeply, and realize the depth of our connection to nature and all of life. The Journey provides one of the best vehicles for consciousness, healing, and personal transformation that exists.
Our circle will be held at Gaia Sophia Center Sanctuary at 70 Woodfin Place #212 in Asheville. There is ample parking in the parking lot.
