This is an invitation to slow down, connect with yourself and others, and honor the woman you are becoming.
We’ll gather at Samhain/Halloween, a time traditionally seen as a threshold between the old and the new. We’ll explore the archetype of the Crone—the wise woman who represents the wisdom, perspective, and inner knowing that grows through life experience.
The Crone represents wisdom born of lived experience. She reminds us that every transition asks us to pause, reflect, and let go of what we’ve outgrown. Together, we’ll explore what this season of life invites us to release, reclaim, and make space for as we move toward a deeper connection with our own inner wisdom.
There’s no particular way you need to show up or anything you need to know beforehand. Simply come as you are.

Gentle somatic practices to connect with your body
What to bring:
A journal and pen
Water to drink
A cushion, blanket, or anything that will help you feel comfortable sitting on the floor
