Self-attunement is our ability to connect with ourselves and tune into our unique emotions, needs, sensations, and perspectives. It is a crucial part of being able to recognize and respond to our own needs, and to self-regulate when we are in distress.
The practices of mindfulness and self-compassion are key components of self-attunement and help us to tune into our deeper needs, and meet them compassionately. Self-attunement offers us a space of safety within ourselves, which in turn deepens our capacity for connection with others and life. When we are attuned to ourselves, we are able to respond to our needs in the moment, which includes self-regulation, grounding, and self-care.
In this class, we will cover self-attunement from multiple angles, and focus on concrete practices to help you to restore connection with your body and emotions.
Our Class will take place in our online membership portal. $33/month with free three-day trial.
