At our monthly circle we will do a group Shamanic Journey, have a healing circle for loved ones and for our Mother Gaia. If you do not know how to Journey, you can meditate on the topic.

Please bring: a journal and pen, water to drink and something to place on the altar during circle if you like. Please bring yoga mats, backjacks and other items that will help you to be comfortable sitting on the floor. There will be couch space for a few people.
