Darkness And Light
When I reject my darkness, I reject my light.
When I reject my pain, I reject my ability to heal.
When I reject my trauma, I reject my resilience.
When I reject my grief, I reject my gratitude.
When I reject death, I reject life itself.
The more I open to the darkness
that is an inherent part of life,
the more capacity I have for the light.
